This Human Resources Development Canada site remained unchanged for over 4 years and was in desperate need of a redesign to facilitate navigation and implement new functionality. TenVolt quickly developed a database-driven prototype which could be used in focus group testing. Testing is not done yet, so the new design has not been implemented yet.
