Lyrics

I've got a lot, I've got a lot, I've got a lot to say It doesn't change a single thing but I'll say it anyway You can take the obvious and twist it into me You can take my syllables and drive them home Drive them home I don't know what you want You seem to think that you know what I need It doesn't change a thing: It all revolves around you CHORUS Yes it's true, I'm watching you In the spin cycle Yes it's true, I'm watching you In the spin, the spin... Take a turn for the worse, spin around again Cigarettes and razor blades are not your only friends You can take your empty heart and drain it into me You can take my empty veins and drag them home, Drag them home I don't know what you need I won't sit by and watch you bleed Hold my empty head And I'll revolve around you CHORUS I've got a lot, I've got a lot, I've got a lot to say It's all been said a thousand times, I'll say it anyway…

Story

A simple song about watching members of the opposite sex on the dance floor. A little shoe-gazer influence, Mystery Machine/Swervedriver maybe? This is the first song written by the band as a whole during practice sessions.
