Laguna Shows

Tuesday November 24, 1998
Lucky Ron's, Ottawa
Opening for Rocktagon

Our second show. We were not too nervous. The crowd was a little sparse when we started, but the bar filled up during our set. Apparently the sound wasn't that great, which is odd because Paul Hogan is one of the best sound men around, but we didn't have much of a sound-check and he wasn't familiar with our sound so we'll let him off this time.

Unfortunately the crowd's response was lack-lustre at best, but being a new band, people aren't familiar with our material so we can't expect too much. We'll see how the show goes at Zaphod B. on January 8th.

The set list:

Feeling California Rock and Roll All Nite - Kiss Dominion-Chalmers United Church My Machine Type Slow-Negative All Time Low Go Your Own Way - Fleetwood Mac Ride the Polaris Wave Potential Too Slow, Slow Paramount November 6, 1998 Set List

All originals except for Go Your Own Way (Fleetwood Mac) and Rock and Roll All Nite (Kiss) which we didn't actually play, but we used the same written set list as our first show.

Next show: Friday, January 8: Zaphod Beeblebrox, Ottawa, with guest Slo' Tom performing solo.
